Flo and Keith Sullivan celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary last July at Kensington Gardens Shepparton.
Flo nursed Keith for 18 months before he passed away recently. Before joining the Kensington Gardens community 4 years ago, Flo and Keith had lived in South Shepparton for more than 40 years.
Flo still continues to enjoy and love social dinners, BBQs, games, arts and crafts and Tai Chi twice a week…not bad for a very young 83 year old!
As Keith had been a long time Freemason and Rotarian, Flo is still heavily involved and participates in Lodge lunches and other community group activities. She was a regular member of Rotary’s Inner Wheel for 27 years service.
It’s hard to believe Flo has any spare time left in her day, but she still somehow manages to find time to help out as a volunteer at the local “Opp Shop” as well as being a “Friend of the Art Gallery”. When her daughter calls around to make sure she’s OK they both seem to end up reading books together in the Clubhouse Lounge around the fire in winter!
